They are all N64 games that I have downloaded from another site as they weren't on USB Helper. I've got Haxchi and homebrew launcher running fine but I found a few games that wouldn't work. WUDecrypt allows you to extract only specific types of partitions, as to play a game, you would only need to extract the GM partition and could discard the data from the UP partitions, as you wont. All of the games I've installed I've either done using USB Helper or disc2app. The TITLE.TIK file itself is encrypted with the Wii U common key (thats why you need the disc specific key and the common key to extract an image).
